My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe and non-judgemental space for clients to be their true, authentic selves. As someone who has embarked on their own mental health journey, I am passionate about supporting my clients throughout all aspects of their lives. I understand how isolating it feels and how difficult it is to reach out for help. I believe that every client has the potential to live their best quality of life once that first, hard step is taken.
