Hi, I am Michelle. I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 10 years of experience working with diverse populations, including teens, adults, and caregivers. Life can be challenging and bring a degree of stress, often associated with both positive and uncomfortable circumstances, making it hard to enjoy life and maintain stability. I am a strong believer in the power of change. I focus on you, using strength and solution-based interventions. You will be heard and provided a safe space so you can work towards your goals. It's important for me to hear and understand you. In our first session, we will get to know one another, discuss your reasons for seeking treatment, and explore the areas that bring you comfort and joy.
