We all go through transitions. Sometimes it can be painful, overwhelming, and lonely. Whether you’re exploring sexual and/or gender identities, deconstructing or restructuring your belief system or changing jobs, it can make life feel unstable and dangerous (kind of like deciding to explore an eternal abyss). That’s where I come in. I’m here to help you cross whatever proverbial bridge you have in front you. For the past decade, I've worked with folks from 12 to 60 going through changes, such as gender transition, coming out, establishing beliefs, exploring ethical non-monogamy, couples identifying the next step and staying sober.
