I have been a therapist for 15 years and worked in multiple therapy settings. In the past several years, I have focused on working with adults who suffer from anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, poor self-esteem, life transitions, abuse, generational trauma, infertility, and parenting. Together we gain insight into their lives by identifying changes they would like to make, how the past impacts the present, and work towards healing and happiness. I work with all races and religions and backgrounds. I am aware of my privilege and continue to engage in trainings. Discussion is always open as to how it impacts our dynamics!
