Oftentimes, the first steps in seeking therapy are some of the hardest. I am glad that you are here. Through a humanistic approach and use of evidence-based treatments, I strive to help my clients grow, heal, persevere, and find and harness their inner strength. I am open and warm by nature and am also flexible in working together to meet each of my client's individual needs. I care deeply about the work that I do and use my background working with adults, adolescents, children, and their families to employ my passion for helping others.
