I am passionate about working with individuals on illness education, symptom management, cognitive restructuring, affect regulation, behavior modification, and interpersonal skill development. My goal is to provide a safe environment for people to learn about themselves, begin to love who they are, and overcome social, emotional, economical, and vocational struggles while reaching their full potential in life.
