Do you often feel like you're holding it all together on the outside, but underneath you're anxious, overwhelmed, or second-guessing yourself? I work with adults experiencing challenges such as anxiety, career stress, self-doubt, depression, panic, life transitions, PTSD and trauma, ADHD, and OCD, among others. While I work with people from all walks of life, I often support: overthinkers, perfectionists, adults exploring how their childhood experiences have shaped them, and those who are curious about or learning to navigate life through the lens of neurodivergence (such as ADHD).
