Are you tired of feeling like you are on a roller coaster with your emotions? Do family and friends say "you're too much"? Therapy is the place to help sort out your feelings and learn skills to help with the roller coaster. Most everyone goes through hard times at some point and having someone there with you during those times is important. Although I cannot make it easy, I can sit with you, so you are not doing this work alone. I am passionate about helping adolescents (15 years and older) and adults work through their hard things and help get back from feeling like you are "too much".
