I offer support and insight to adults who are navigating or desiring change. Each of us have our own unique recipe to create wellbeing in our lives. Some of us may have discovered what we find vital, while others are still exploring. Life can also throw us challenges that derail us or inspire us to make changes. I hope to create a space of non-judgement and safety in which you will feel comfortable exploring what has brought you to therapy.
