My clients are seeking help adjusting to major life changes, looking to live with painful emotions and eventually adapting them into meaningful action - towards themselves and those they love. I largely work with women, men and teenagers who are going through divorce and family restructuring, i.e. becoming re-singled, re-partnered, or learning to accept life split between two homes. Individuals looking to redefine place and purpose in the world after change, especially unwanted, is hard work.
