I enjoy working with clients 12 yrs. and older who may be experiencing issues with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and various other mental health or life challenges. If you're feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or uncertain how to navigate your emotions and situations that may affect your mental health, you are not alone. Through a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and a person-centered, humanistic approach, my clients aim to build self-awareness, improve their emotional regulation, and ultimately feel more empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. My approach to therapy is eclectic, but primarily person-centered, humanistic, and CBT. I provide an environment that is safe, nonjudgemental, compassionate, and caring.
