About

Growing up, I was an observer who always wondered why people think and act the way they do. After studying psychology, I become passionate about using my new found knowledge to help others, and completed a Master's degree in Social Work. As a licensed clinician, I typically work with young adults who are are looking to overcome past traumas, going through life transitions, or are seeking help in learning to cope with daily stressors. I also thoroughly enjoying helping people find connections between past experiences and current thoughts/moods/behaviors.
