If you're feeling stuck or overwhelmed by life transitions, trauma, depression, anxiety, or the complexities of queer-identifying experiences, I'm here to help. While I enjoy working with individuals from all backgrounds, I have a particular passion for supporting women, queer women, and teens as they navigate life’s challenges. Whether you're struggling with feelings of disconnection or navigating difficult emotions, my goal is to provide a supportive space where you can explore your experiences without judgment. Together, we’ll work on understanding how your past and present shape your emotions. I focus on validating my clients through their most familiar lens in order to deepen emotional exploration and uncover any unmet desires or needs. Sometimes we internalize painful lived experiences as truths about ourselves and part of my commitment is helping to alleviate that through compassion and understanding.
