I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I specialize in treating couples, individuals, perinatal mental health and trauma. I have worked extensively with trauma survivors of all ages and from all walks of life. I have received advanced training in working with couples in the modality of Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) and addressing trauma using Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). I have also received advanced training in Perinatal Mental Health from Postpartum Support International and serve on the PSI Utah Board. This includes training in Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) to treat OCD.
