My experience in the school system, ranging from coaching to school counseling, demonstrates my passion for working with teens. I enjoy supporting teens through their formative years, helping them develop healthy coping strategies, build resilience, and foster emotional well-being. Whether your teen is struggling with anxiety, depression, peer relationships, or academic pressure, I will provides a safe and welcoming space. When I work with couples, I utilize Gottman Method (Level 1 certified) to build a more satisfying and lasting connection.
