I began my work in mental health as a Certified Peer Specialist, inspired by my own journey with my father and the healing power of relationships. I served as Social Services Director for a day treatment program, then as Housing Coordinator supporting people through complex transitions. I shifted into clinical therapy and then became fully licensed. I’ve supported clients facing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and grief, and am certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and trained in EMDR.
