It is my goal to provide a safe, comfortable and relaxed environment that will allow you to share, process, understand how to regulate emotion, and learn healthier ways of coping with life stressors. During my years as a psychotherapist, I have had the pleasure of helping persons struggling with such issues as depression, anxiety, mood swings, the effects of recent and past traumas and addiction.
