During my undergraduate studies in psychology, I developed a strong academic grounding in human development, mental health, and evidence-based interventions. Beyond the classroom, I volunteered as a student at the American Psychological Association, where I learned about the multitude of fields, specialties, and experts within the field. These experiences reinforced my belief that effective counseling is not about providing quick solutions, but about empowering individuals to discover their own strengths and resilience.
