I am an African American Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a decade of experience in the field of mental health. As someone who balances the roles of career woman, wife, and mother, I share the lived experiences of many of my clients. With a strong spiritual foundation, I believe in my calling to uplift and support individuals through seasons of transition. My practice is helping those experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and relationship issues, as well as those struggling to balance multiple responsibilities. In the first session I will be gathering information to learn about you and your history. We will review informed consent, practice policies, and develop a treatment plan. You will have the ability to share what you are currently feeling and why you chose to seek mental health services at this time.
