I bring advanced training in Bowenian Family Systems Therapy and Structural Family Therapy, with attention to boundaries, family-of-origin dynamics, and how relationships shape emotional well-being. I also support clients experiencing anxiety, grief, spiritual concerns, and family or relationship stress, offering care that honors both individual needs and relational contexts.
