My ideal client is a client that is motivated for change, and willing to be vulnerable, open, and honest. They are willing to put in the work and trust in the therapy process. It is my goal to assist the client in any way that I can and meet their needs in order to help them achieve their goals, gain a better balanced self, and improve their overall mental health.
