Whether you're navigating anxiety, major life transitions (like starting college, changing careers, or entering motherhood), or struggling with identity and motivation, you don’t have to do it alone. I work with individuals 18 yrs+ who are motivated for change and open to self-discovery. My hope is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel truly seen and heard. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back and develop coping strategies to help you feel more in control, confident, and aligned with who you are.
