I work through the Behavioral Wellness Clinic, and utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), functional analytic psychotherapy (FAP), as well as elements from internal family systems (IFS), emotionally focused couples therapy (EFCT), and systems theory. Here at the clinic, I specialize in treating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) using the evidence-based method Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP). I also treat general stress, anxiety, LGBTQ issues, couples, and families. I strive to help clients, biological and chosen family members to know as much as I do about OCD, so they can succeed inside and outside of treatment.
