My own experiences have taught me that no amount of preparation can spare me from the realities of being human. If you're ready for a change, I will collaborate with you to set goals and identify practical next steps to help you reach them. My focus is on treating anxiety disorders, abuse and trauma symptoms, and low self-esteem and boundaries development. I will listen and build a genuine relationship with you. You can expect me to be approachable, validating, and respectful of your pace. I use a variety of therapy approaches to meet the unique style and needs of my clients.
