Helping others help themselves has been the focus of my life’s work. I have over 25 years working with a diverse population of children/teens, adults, and families. My goal is to help individuals understand who they are, how their past, along with the patterns they have created, impact their present, and then to take that knowledge and figure out how to navigate to where they want to be. The therapy process includes empowering my clients in realizing their inner wisdom, and discovering their innate potential to lead a satisfying, fulfilling life.
