I have been in private practice serving individuals, couples and families for 31 years. I was trained in psychodynamic psychotherapy but I also utilize cognitive behavioral therapy in my practice. Since Covid I have been doing telehealth psychotherapy. I accept all major insurance plans. I also use a sliding scale for those individuals without insurance coverage. I worked in a mental health outpatient facility for 22 years with mental health professionals from other disciplines. I work with individuals from ages 12 and up. I have a flexible schedule with evening and weekend appointments available.
