In the course of a 35-year career as a therapist, I have worked with adolescents and adults from many backgrounds and coping with many different life issues. Whether I have one or two or three people in the room I find it important to look at whatever is troubling them within a broader context of family and society. This would include such issues as conflict in relationships, grief and loss, dealing with depression and/or anxiety, life transitions and how to live life to the fullest.
