Life can be painful, but therapy doesn’t have to be. I specialize in helping people overcome existential stressors, recover from complex trauma, and restore meaning and balance to their lives. My approach is a little different from basic "talk" therapy - I focus on building skills that empower my clients to create real change in their lives. People often come to me when they're feeling "stuck" or have hit a plateau with previous therapy, and I enjoy working with folks who are new to therapy or who are feeling skeptical about the process.
