I will not tell you what to do but will gently guide you through your journey toward your goals and your own decisions. I love working with adults (18+) and helping them navigate challenges with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, LGBTQIA+ and life transitions issues in a warm and compassionate environment.
