I am currently accepting new clients for virtual sessions. I believe that many of the challenges we experience in life are shaped not only by major events, but also by the accumulation of subtle, often overlooked experiences, these are what I refer to as micro-traumas. Over time, these experiences can influence how we see ourselves, relate to others, and respond to stress, conflict, and life transitions. My work focuses on helping clients better understand these patterns, process unresolved experiences, and develop healthier ways of responding to life’s challenges.
