I hope for us to work together so that we can explore your emotions, discuss and process traumas or wounds of the past, learn and incorporate coping skills, build on your strengths, and focus on empowerment. Together, we can create a judgment-free, compassionate, and empathetic environment that allows you to express yourself freely. Many of my clients have experienced traumas, depression, anxiety, life transitions, struggles with self-esteem, postpartum and perinatal changes, and so much more. I prioritize creating an individualized therapeutic experience through collaboration, honesty, and trust to allow space for this work, and prioritize an eclectic approach to best serve you.
