I am a clinical social worker and psychotherapist with a passion for supporting people and families through difficult transitions in their lives. Working through life transitions can come in a variety of different forms whether it be adjusting to a new job, becoming a first-time parent, being diagnosed with a serious illness, as well as a range of other things. My goal as a therapist is to help my clients gain a better understanding of your feelings, moods and behaviors throughout these transitions, and in turn, help you to better manage and cope.
