I specialize in working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families who desire change and want to reduce their suffering. My goal is to support individuals as they navigate life transitions related to relationships, parenting, career, and identity. Together, we’ll work toward healing patterns that no longer serve you and develop practical skills for lasting change.
