I'm a psychotherapist specializing in teens and young adults. I am particularly passionate about working with trauma, anxiety, perfectionism, body image concerns, disordered eating, people-pleasing, and an unrelenting inner critic. I also have extensive experience supporting individuals navigating OCD, depression, suicidality, self-injury, and relational difficulties. The therapeutic relationship is the heart of my work.
