My mission is to support and empower teens, adults and couples towards greater peace, connection and care, for themselves and in relationship with others. When exhaustion, overwhelm and disconnection is met with curiosity and compassion, new pathways can be cultivated and birthed. Together, we will go deeper to explore patterns and promote understanding for the purpose of more rooted and authentic living. I am Restoration Therapy Level 2 and EMDR-trained with specialities in anxiety, grief and loss, trauma and relational issues.
