Regardless of the form our individual struggles take in this world, I believe the solution is sourced from the same place: recognition of who we truly are, perfect expressions of love. My approach to therapy combines spiritual, scientific (quantum physics), and psychological truths. The fundamental premise of everything I convey to clients is that all of our apparent problems are in our minds and are very much within our power to change. I have recently found that I have a strength and love for teaching couples how to communicate authentically, lovingly, and constructively to work through misunderstandings.
