I work with women to empower them towards independence and mental/ financial success. My specialties in counseling are Substance Abuse Addictions, Abuse/ Domestic Violence, Trauma, Codependency, Attachment style issues, and Anxiety Disorders. I work with women and couples on their matters. I have over 16 years of experience in the mental health and substance abuse field. I am dually licensed as a Professional Counselor and Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I also having certifications in Yoga and Personal Training. My methods include the wholistic approach as well. I have experience in treating abuse victims, anxiety disorders, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Depression and Substance Abuse. I have an eclectic approach in counseling theories to fit each individual person's needs.
