Everyone’s idea of balance is different, and it can be hard to find your own when you’ve only been taught one way to approach life. You deserve a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as you figure out what works best for you. I help individuals navigating crisis, trauma, and life transitions by offering a supportive space to process difficult experiences and build practical coping skills. I have a strong interest in Christian counseling and enjoy working with clients who want to incorporate faith into their healing in a respectful, meaningful way.
