I am a trauma therapist who is deeply committed to helping youth, men & women from the African Diaspora heal from unprocessed trauma. I have been empowering people of color to heal from complex trauma & PTSD and helping individuals & families through major life transitions for over 19 years. As a survivor of complex trauma & racial trauma, you need a multifaceted affirming approach that helps you rediscover who you really, and let go of limiting beliefs. I specialize in providing a blended synergistic approach that integrates trauma informed EMDR therapy with a transformational coaching approach.
