In Truth MHC brings hope, healing, & direction to adults dealing with traumatic memories, guilt/shame, anger, grief, etc. without the bullshit. If you are looking for a therapist who's dressed to the nines, mouth is clean as a whistle, and is well put-together, I am not your person. Move on. I'm relatable, consumer of therapy, & as true to myself as I'll encourage you to be to yourself. I'm real with my clients and I'll challenge you to get real in your therapy. I'll work to get to know you. I believe that if I can't understand why you're doing what you're doing, then I need to work harder to know and understand you. I will help you accept all the parts of you, even those you find unacceptable. I will not just quietly nod saying "MmHmm" while you spill your guts and get nothing in return. I'll have a conversation with you, laugh with you, challenge you, and even frustrate you because you deserve a therapist who is genuine, works as hard as you, and won't bullshit you.
