I enjoy helping adults and older adolescents struggling with trauma, mood disorders, depression, anxiety, grief, adjustment to the unexpected things in life, and more. Often, simply feeling truly and empathically heard, understood, and validated is quite healing on its own. I love to offer these things as well as helping to build tools for grounding and calming, coping, and moving beyond the hurdles. I draw upon a wealth of experience and training, including trauma informed approaches, DBT skills, EMDR skills (fully trained), IFS “parts work” skills, CBT, and more. My style is compassionate and non-judgmental, ensuring that each client feels valued and heard.
