I believe that you have the capability to help yourself, but perhaps you need my knowledge and support to do so. My goal is to empower you and guide you toward your values and your goals, whether they involve managing anxiety or depression, dealing with work or school stressors, navigating infertility or adoption, or improving your family relationships. NOTE: I do not offer traditional couples counseling at this time. The only couples I see are ones experiencing infertility. As someone who experienced infertility, I can relate to people going through that painful chapter. Infertility is difficult, mentally and physically, and can be especially hard on marital/partner and other family relationships. Talking to someone who is aware of the issues that arise can help you to address the difficulties thoroughly and compassionately.
