As a therapist, I'm interested in helping you become curious about all aspects of yourself, challenge rigid thinking, and create more space for nuance. I especially enjoy working with clients as they work to: create healthy, reciprocal relationships, overcome perfectionism and people-pleasing patterns, and navigate life and career transitions. I am here to do my best to understand you and to help you clarify what your growth and healing will look like. During our first session together, I'll ask some questions about your background and lived experiences, and review our basic policies/practices. Throughout my career, I have developed skills in fostering warm and respectful relationships with clients, enabling them to feel at ease and be themselves. I use humor and authenticity to gently challenge you to expand your perspective, try new things, and develop self-compassion.
