I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, with a Bachelor's in Fine Art, Certificate in Drug and Alcohol Counseling, and a Certificate in ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy). I tend to combine CBT, DBT, and IFS in my practice. I believe in the mind/body connection, and have found this to provide success in clients suffering from trauma. Please inquire about ART, for those suffering from PTSD and the like. My approach is empathetic , solution focused and person-centered, as I believe my clients truly know what's best for them.
