I believe we all deserve a space where we can show up just as we are: messy, uncertain, hurting and hopeful. My approach to therapy is warm, relational, and grounded in the belief that healing happens through connection. I am especially passionate about working with adolescents and young adults, ages 11–24, who are navigating identity, anxiety, trauma, and big life changes. I also deeply value supporting adults of all ages through transitions, grief, PTSD, and family or spiritual trauma. I love bringing creativity into the therapy space, using art, imagery, and metaphor to help clients explore emotions that can feel hard to put into words. I offer inclusive, affirming care for LGBTQIA+ clients and am deeply committed to honoring each person’s unique story, identity, and full humanity.
