There is great humility in being able to look at yourself in the mirror and face the things you don’t like about yourself; behaviors you participate in that you wish you wouldn’t and cycles you wish to break. I have been practicing for over 13 years. I specialize in working with individuals struggling with life transitions, relationship struggles, marriage counseling, anxiety related symptoms, and boundary setting issues. I operate from a client-centered style of counseling, I pride myself on creating a casual and comfortable space for my clients.
