I work with clients to help them live their valued life using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness skills. Change is constant and is part of life. With changes, comes stress and anxiety. I focus on teaching my clients coping tools so they can respond in a way that is productive and in their control, rather than react, leading to a spiral of further stress and anxiety. I also work with clients struggling with Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMAD), postpartum depression, and anxiety. I specialize in working with anxiety and In addition, I am also trained as a Cognitive Behavior Therapist for Insomnia (CBT-I).
