My clients tend to be culturally diverse, driven, outwardly successful professionals, entrepreneurs, executives, and small business owners or other high-achieving or high net worth individuals who look like they have it all. Why do they seek me out? Oftentimes, what helped fuel their success and coping methods begin crumbling and their inner world, relationships with self and others leave them wanting more. Shame, difficulty with their privileges, or simply having no one to share their pains, vulnerabilities, and fears with becomes isolating. I am a licensed LMFT, supervisor for therapists in training, and a former Human Resources professional integrating my background with neuroscience. I also work with couples and teens 14+ using somatic modalities for trauma resolution, nervous system and emotional resilience to help clients find and return to their best selves.
