Hello! I understand starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but know my goal is to make a space that you feel safe, grounded, and non-judgmental. Where you can show up exactly as you are! I have been providing mental health to diverse populations (children, families, adults, and LGBTQ+ community) for over the last 7 years. I have experience in group counseling - including creating my own curriculum, and running my own trauma-informed psychoeducation group, as well as experience with couples and families. I am located in Clearwater, FL & offer services via telehealth throughout all of Florida. View 6 Photos I offer therapy to children ages 5 & up & families dealing with behavioral issues, as well as adults struggling with ADHD, depression, anxiety, trauma, & couples struggling with relationship problems. My approach is person-centered utilizing CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused, trauma-informed, family, couples, and currently completing my TF-CBT for childhood trauma.
