My goal, as a therapist, is to help people help themselves. There is more than one way to live, love, be a member of a family, raise children, and contribute to society. People are creative, flexible, and amazing but can get stuck, develop bad habits, forget their strengths, and lose hope. I strive to help my clients find hope again, remember what they’re good at, and apply their strengths to the problem. I work with individuals, couples, and families, in all shapes, sizes and configurations, to identify issues, develop goals, and work towards a healthy way of handling those issues that works for you.
